Questions we hear often.

Can I add my logo and brand colors?

Yes — every plan supports brand color, logo overlay (for QR codes), corner radius and quiet-zone tuning. Free-tier output looks just as good as paid output; the difference is volume and APIs, not visual quality.

Will my codes still scan with the logo overlay?

Yes. We default to the right error-correction level for the level of overlay you apply, and the UI warns you if you push the design past the safe limit.

Do you offer print-ready PDFs?

Yes. Multi-up sheets with bleed and crop marks, plus per-code SVG and PNG inside a ZIP, on every paid plan.

How does the analytics-aware short-link layer work?

When you opt in, we issue a tracked short URL for each QR code. Scans hit our redirector, get logged with timestamp / coarse geo / UA, then redirect to your destination. You see the data; we never share it.

Is there a self-hosted option?

Yes — Scale customers can opt into a self-hosted deployment in their own AWS / GCP account, with us providing the container and update channel. Talk to sales.

How do I rate-limit the API?

Each plan has a soft monthly cap and a per-second burst limit visible in the dashboard. Bursts above your plan return a 429 with retry guidance; we’ll notify you well before you hit the soft monthly cap.
