With a free 45-minute discovery call. If there is a fit, we run a paid, fixed-price discovery sprint and produce a plan you own — use it with us or with anyone else.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?+
Both. Discovery is fixed. Delivery is usually a small monthly pod with a clear roadmap and a hard ceiling, so you always know what you are paying for.
How do you handle security and confidentiality?+
We sign NDAs upfront, use least-privilege access, encrypt data at rest and in transit, follow SOC 2-aligned practices, and never train models on your data.
Can you augment our existing team?+
Yes. Many of our engagements are embedded pods — senior engineers working inside your repos, Slack and standups, with a tech lead we provide.
Where are you based and what timezones do you cover?+
