Are these products built and supported by the same team?

Yes. The engineers behind these products are AppColab full-time staff. They handle features, bugs and customer support. There is no third-party reseller chain.

Do these integrate with our Salesforce org?

Barcode To Cloud Mobile and Web are Salesforce-native — they authenticate against your org and read/write through the standard APIs. The other products are independent.

Can you build a custom variant for our company?

Yes. We routinely fork or extend these products for clients with specific compliance, branding or workflow needs. Get in touch and we will scope it honestly.

How do you handle data and security?

Each product has its own privacy and security model — see the product page for specifics. As a company we sign DPAs and NDAs, follow SOC 2-aligned practices, and never sell or share customer data.
