Services / Digital Transformation

Transformation that ships, not slide decks that age.

We map the messy middle between people, process and software, then ship the smallest system that unlocks the biggest gain. No multi-year roadmaps you cannot afford to finish — just real change, in production, in quarters.

90 days
Typical time to first measurable operational improvement.
3-5
Workflow integrations replaced with one source of truth on average.
2-3x
Throughput improvement on processes we have re-architected.
1 plan
Written, owned by you, usable with us or anyone else.
What we deliver

The work, not the framework.

We will not sell you a maturity model. We will sit with your operators, find the bottleneck, and ship the change that moves the metric — every quarter.

Operating model design

Where the work flows, who owns it, where it gets stuck. Mapped, written down, and rebuilt with your leaders — not handed to them in a deck.

Process re-engineering

We rebuild the broken workflows: quote-to-cash, lead-to-cash, hire-to-retire, ticket-to-resolution. Less swivel-chair, fewer spreadsheets, more throughput.

Systems consolidation

Most teams run too many tools that almost overlap. We help you pick the system of record per domain, retire the rest, and migrate the data cleanly.

Integrations & automation

MuleSoft, Workato, n8n, custom services. Replace email-and-CSV with reliable, observable automation your team trusts.

Metrics & dashboards

You cannot transform what you do not measure. We instrument the workflows, ship the dashboards, and make the new normal visible to leadership.

Change management & enablement

Champions, training, comms cadence and feedback loops. Adoption is built into the engagement, not left as a "people problem" for HR.

Risk, compliance & governance

Audit trails, RBAC, approvals, data residency. The new system is more compliant than the one it replaces, because it actually has controls.

Roadmaps that ship

Quarterly transformation roadmaps with named owners, target metrics, and explicit kill-criteria for initiatives that stop earning their place.

Vendor & build-vs-buy advisory

We help you choose Salesforce vs ServiceNow, Workday vs in-house, Snowflake vs Postgres — based on your actual constraints, not the analyst quadrant.

How we engage

Transformation in quarters, not in years.

01

Diagnose

Two-week embedded discovery. We sit with your operators, watch the work, score the bottlenecks, and produce a written diagnosis your leadership can defend.

02

Decide

A short, opinionated set of recommendations: what to keep, what to retire, what to build, what to buy. Written, costed, sequenced, owned by you.

03

Deliver

Quarterly delivery slices. Every quarter has a target metric, a named owner, and a real change in production. No 18-month back-end-only programmes.

04

Defend

Adoption tracking, dashboards, retros, and a kill-switch on initiatives that miss their target twice. Change is operationalised, not declared.

Why teams choose us

Senior people. Honest scope. Software you can run on.

Operators, not consultants

Every partner on this team has run engineering, operations or CX at the kind of company you are running. We have signed the invoices we now help you cut.

One team end-to-end

The same group that diagnoses the problem builds the fix. No mysterious second SOW, no offshore "delivery partner" introduced at signature.

Plans you own

Whatever we produce — diagnosis, roadmap, RFP, vendor list — is written, neutral, and yours. Use it with us or with someone else, with no penalty.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

Are you a strategy firm or an engineering firm?

Both, by design. We diagnose AND build. Most strategy firms cannot ship; most engineering firms cannot diagnose. The point of this practice is to do both, on the same engagement, with the same team.

Will you tell us not to buy software?

Often. We will tell you when your process needs to change before any tool will help, when an existing tool would do the job if you used 30% more of it, and when "do nothing for 6 months" is the honest answer.

How is this different from a Big-4 transformation programme?

Smaller team, senior practitioners, no "junior on bench" overhead. Quarterly delivery, written kill-criteria, and a price ceiling. You will not be on this engagement for three years unless you keep choosing to be.

Do you stay on after the build?

Optionally. Many clients keep us on a quarterly cadence as a thinking partner — diagnostics, a fresh roadmap and one delivery slice per quarter, on a fixed retainer.

Can you work alongside our existing partners?

Yes — frequently. We have run alongside Salesforce SI partners, BPO providers and in-house engineering teams. We will document interfaces and stay out of turf wars.

How do you protect against scope creep?

Quarterly slices with explicit success metrics and explicit kill-criteria, plus a written change-order process. Scope changes are a feature of healthy engagements; surprises are not.

Tired of programmes that never reach production?

Book a 45-minute discovery call. Tell us where the work is breaking. We will tell you honestly whether transformation is the right answer — and what the smallest, fastest version looks like.
